I've got Mitsu Aisins on my GenI. I got the Toyota part numbers from the suppository for the gaskets and oring. I checked the orifice against some Toyota hubs and they're the same, don't recall the measurement though. Will post up after I get it figured out. Not sure why I find your post hilarious... It's supposed to be a Part No Repository not [/b]Suppository[/b]. Suppositories are things you can buy over the counter, from your pharmacist or doctor.

Ah, I misread. I was hinking maybe you had Yota hubs for parts, in which case you could/should be able to cannibalize them for the balls.

I guess for you it's a little different.

It's an intentional misuse, Ray. Comes from when I did an oral book report in middle school about the Kennedy assassination. I used suppository instead of depository and cracked everybody in class up. For some reason, the teacher didn't catch it, which made it all the more funny.
I found some stainless balls, BTW. Tried Franklin's gun shop down the street from my NAPA store. The gunsmith was a fellow wheeler and took pity on my plight. Gave me 4 detent balls for free. I'll measure them with a micrometer in the morning and post up the measurements in case anybody ever needs it...

Does anyone have a teardown or maintenance sheet for Aisin's?
I bought a set awhile back theat were refurbished already and went to put them on and one now will not fully engage or disengage properly. I think the spring is not set properly and for the life of me I cant figure out how to get it set properly.
I hoped to see something on the Mitsubishilinks site as there was nothing in my FSM for ANY manual hub - just the auto's, but nadda.
Anyone?

Anyone? http://www.tuffpans.com has the reference pages for hub install and service as a link near the Mitsubishi Manual Hub information.

The manual doesn't show it very well, so here is a photo of the spring assembled: ![[Linked Image]](http://www.ns-micro.com/~phanson/pics/RaiderDif/AisinSpring.JPG)

The ball size is .139" and the smitty told me it was a standard detent ball used in many semi auto handguns.
