i would get new head bolts and a head gasket for a starion or conquest there the turbo version of the 2.6. theres a lot of people who have had problems when not changing head bolt and even with not cleaning the threads in block. i really dont know much about the fan clutch. what temp does your raider run at. does it stay cool when driveing 60 and how is it at ideal

I wouldn't get too worried about the head bolts. I would re torque them now that the motor has been run a few times.
87 Turbo Intercooled Raider, roller cam, torsen rear diff, LSD front diff, lockup auto with modified converter, V6 brakes, low transfer case gears...
