How don't they fit exactly? In the first pic you've got it on but haven't installed the attachment hardware or the selector. So I'm not sure where the problem is.

As to the customer service of the place I haven't heard of them. If you don't like the hubs send them back with delivery confirmation and buy a set of Aisin oem hubs. I have a set sitting around that just needs fresh grease but I'm more than happy to try to help you sort out what wrong with your current set I just need more details.
