In the first pic you've got it on but haven't installed the attachment hardware or the selector. So I'm not sure where the problem is. As to the customer service of the place I haven't heard of them. If you don't like the hubs send them back with delivery confirmation and buy a set of Aisin oem hubs. The spindle will not make contact with the hub gear (look in center of left side photo). Now believe hubs to be 15001.43 in a 15001.13 box or error in documentation. Original hub's 2/4 wheel locking does not disengage properly and makes a heck of a racket while driving. Toyota wants $120.00 for replace part. Want to sell yours? Did sent these back for refund. New OEM pair $$$$.
