Compared to the pads that were on the vehicle when I purchased it, the EBC pads were only slightly better in braking under normal driving, but a lot better at holding up without fading on a long downhill when towing a 1200 lb non-brake equipped tent trailer. Keep in mind that I don't know what brand the previous pads were, but I've used the EBC pads exclusively since and have never had any braking issues. wow, those are weird...how long do they last compared to other brakes?
