You may have to search overseas. None of the US 4D55's came with an intercooler. I found Gen 1 rear sliding windows in the UK and rear door mount jerry can brackets in AU.

I had good success by contacting the seller and offer to pay to ship (or 'post' as they say in the UK) the item to the US. Then be patient. It took about 2 or 3 weeks for the part to arrive.

Don't forget to factor in the exchange rate between the US dollar and the other currency.
