Anyone else run into an issue where your AC system does not seem to be stock?
Mine has a different compressor, drier and bigger hoses. I am thinking it was upgraded at some point when it was in AZ?
Problem is I cannot find a drier that will fit. It has 16MM connectors but the ones I found from Four Seasons do not work because the ID is too small for the hose to fit in. Any suggestions?

Most likely dealer add on then. Time to break out the Four Season picture book, or see The Hose Man. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

According to Four Seasons the only other possibility is a part number 83175. It has a .395 ID with 16mm fittings.
But it is aluminum and I am concerned it might not seal properly because the old one had .330 ID

Contact this guy - http://www.acsource.com/index.aspxHe used to offer dryers on the site but only a couple are listed now that don't apply here. I'd email him to see if he can source one for you.

Thanks for the comment about a dealer installed option. I looked through the paperwork I got with truck and there it was. The AC was installed by ARA of Phoenix when new. I do not know if they are still in business, but I sent them an email asking about the part numbers I had. http://www.arasourcing.com/motor_vehicle_air_conditioning_driers_acumulators.html
