I have installed an electric fan system with an adjustable temperature control. The cut in/out is set by warming the engine up, turn it clockwise, turn it anticlockwise, etc etc. This is a little to hit and miss for my liking.

The specifications for the thermostat from kiatechinfo:
Initial Main 87-89 degrees Celsius
Temperature Sub: 83-87 degrees Celsius
Full Open: 100 degrees Celsius

What would be the ideal temperature for the fan to cut in at and the lower temperature for the fan to cut out?
I can plug into the data-link connector and get the temperature on my laptop. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
