ò Short to GND or B+ between ECM and 1CM.
ò Open Between ECM and TCM.


With ignition off, disconnect C211 from ECM and C229 from 1CM. Connect adapter cable #K99U2103-G17 to BOB and vehicle C229 to adapter cable (leave adapter cable 0229 disconnected from TCM). Measure resistance between BOB-20 and C211-38 (less than I ohm).

What does this mean, what is BOB and how can I check without his help?
