Hey guys,

I'm rebuilding my 3.0L Engine. I'm a little concerned that the block I have might not be the right block. Can I get some of you experts to confirm this for me.

Take a look at this picture. From what I can tell, the gasket that comes with my brand new 89 Montero's Oil Pump will not seal. Do I have the wrong pump? Do I have the wrong block?

Shoot! I think it may be that the block I got came from a dodge Caravan configuration.

What do you guys think?
