I believe those are the same type of earlier Goodyear MTR's that Monte3 had on the '95 before he got rid of them in favor of the Toyo M/T's. He said he didn't like these at all in the rain. Just sayin'.

I had them too under my '94 SR, my wife spun out getting onto the freeway in the rain. Me, i liked them in the rain... Made for great burnouts.

Add another set of stockers in the AZ pile. My Pops got his 35's on, so he's looking to get rid of what came on his truck. 5 stock rims with center caps and such, Four 31" BFG AT TKO tires with 3/8" tread depth left. One 31" unknown brand spare with about 40% tread left. He didn't say what he wanted for them, so I guess best offer if anyone wants them. Off of a '98 btw.

Take do a cold compression test on it make sure engine isn't complete junk, tow it home get it going. i'd look close at the paint too there is white over spray on the grill??? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" />

It just looks like glare on the front grill.

If i wasn't doing a roll cage and building a front axle right now i'd snatch that thing up.

My brother and I were looking at this one online yesterday. He had to leave for Denver yesterday, but he was seriously considering snatching this one up. I would too if I had the spare cash. Looks clean.

98 140k overheated when heater hose blew. I plugged it and filled it with water. It runs and drives very well, I have driven over 50 miles no problems. It has a salvage title and possible alignment/frame issues. With lots of back maintenance it could be a great Montero. If anybody wants it whole it is $2000.

Ok didn't think so, Toasty wants a door panel, Clarkdale friend wanted a bumper corner it is scratched but no dents or other damage.

There are a lot of things I will be keeping, so just ask. Prices will be very, very cheap if you pull it yourself. If I have to pull it and/or ship it, prices won't be so good.

It has a complete tool kit flashlight and all.
