Not for bigger tires, the 31's (265's) I have now are fine. I was just looking for a little more room in the fenderwells. But since you brought it up, the money I'd spend on a getting a lift kit installed might be better spent on getting a new valve cover gasket put in, along with a new front seal, water pump, timing chain(?), etc. The engine is kind of sludgy, so it's probably due for some gasket replacement. The lift kit would be a "nice to have", getting the sludgy mess cleaned up would be more of a "must have".
