Replacement radiator arrived. Made in Thailand. All metal though and actually looked like a pretty good radiator. I had it installed today. NO overheating issues at all with the new one installed.

It actually sits back closer to the fan than the factory one did and there is a gap now between the AC evaporator. It also sticks up about a inch or so higher than the old one.
