New Starter is in. Problems resolved for now. I searched a few threads on the starter removal and install. They said get a closed end 14MM ratcheting wrench to do the job. I bought one to try and it was a bust. Those things are too large on the box end to fit in the small crevice that the starter bolts reside on the bell housing. You can only get part of the wrench on the bolt and it will pop off the bolt instantly making you say bad things.

I used a regular box end 14MM wrench. Just had to contort yourself to getting your hand close enough to get that wrench on the bolt heads to loosen and tighten them. It can be done you just cannot see what you are doing. Got to go by touchy feely.
