It was a used Throttle Body. I know nothing about the Air Bypass Screw, I'm going to go look it up in the FSM. I think I have the Idle Stop Screw almost all the way out, if were talking about the same screw...sorry for my lack of experience.
So just screw the Air Bypass Screw all the way down?
I'll try the hair dryer trick on the Throttle Body I took off, if I can figure it out.
Thanks for all your help!

Just so you all know...
When I start the Raider in the morning it idles at about 1200rpms and slowly works it way up to 1900rpms or so.
When i let it coast in first gear it speeds up to about 2000rpms and then something kicks in and brings it down to about 1250rpms...then somethings kicks in and lets it rise back up to 2000rpms.
Maybe that info might help some one to help me.

Hey Geo, no one has brought up the AC Solenoid yet...thanks I'll look into it.
I was able to get a hold of the previous owner and he suggested that I have the timing belt looked at professionally. It seems like a lot of work to get into the timing belt, but I think I'm capable.
Before I do, is there anything else that could be tested? And if the timing is off, would that cause a high idle?

Hey Geo, I'm looking for the AC Solenoid in the FSM but can't find anything. Where exactly is it located?

doesn't have one - isc controls ac idle via a/c sense circuit to ecu
Not responsible for advice not taken...

Derp, sorry about that. I forgot you've got fuel injection- I was thinking 2.6L carbed when I posted that. Sorry about that.
Did the new hose have any effect?

Nah, the hose didnt seem to do anything, it was worth a try!
So what does everyone think about the timing belt being the problem?

Highly doubt it...Sometimes a head gasket leaking coolant into the combustion chambers can cause a high idle. How is the coolant level? Do you ever need to add coolant? If so how often?
