Hello, is it ok to use a auto trans mount on a manuel trans? It bolted right up.

Hey I got a question...
I just got my 89 Raider and its a manual. The stick shift shakes pretty bad, I'm sure when it was new it was a lot better.
So does installing new transmission mounts fix this problem?
