It's easy to pull the circlip. Take a shop rage and use a shoe shine motion behind the bezel of the window winder handle. It will catch the prongs on the clip and slip it loose. To reinstall is even easier. Put the clip on the handle slots and pop it on the shaft. The taper on the end of the shaft will open it enough to slide down to the groove.
