Yeah even if you put in a new motor you'd still be way ahead. I'd buy it no problem. plus what if the guy is just an idiot and it has some other problem like a throttle body coolant leak??

I bought a '95 SR 3.5 DOHC with a blown motor once for $250, turned out the starter was bad. It had some other misc things that needed done but the starter was the only thing keeping it from running.
