Tell us about it..

1992 RS 5 speed 3.0L V6. 103,000 miles. CarFax says its life in Texas, bought new in Houston, stayed there until 2008 then on to Denver, CO until recently, then to Dallas in 2012. Rust free, garaged most of life. No Limited Slip or Locker - one of these will be high on mu upgrade list. More to come. Should be up here in Wisconsin in about a week.

This isn't a Gen 2.5 but it looks like a nice Montero Sport. Maybe a trip West would be worthwhile. Probably can find what you want out here.

I like SRs, but this one came upon me, so I grabbed it. Also I like trucks with manual transmissions. Found a disk to disk locker from a '95 local here for $250 with the pump. Planning to get it on Friday.

Besides the lux-options, 3.5l, auto & locker - what else is special about SRs?

Fender flares to cover the wider OEM tires, factory body lift to clear the larger and stronger transmission, ABS, nicer wheels...

I didn't see this mentioned yet but the SR has a larger 9.5" rear diff. IIRC the axles are also bigger but I'm not 100% sure about that.
