Fastenal specs

Look at page A-8, Grade 8.8 metric 14 mm bolt only good to 103 ft-lbs. I would get a 10.9 bolt. The finer threads of the crank, than what is listed, might make a 8.8 just barely strong enough.

From what fasteddy says, you are going to want to use the stock washer, it has special springiness properties.
