The 1995 24v 3.0l radiator is smaller than a 1995 3.5l radiator.

I upgraded the radiator in my 1995 24v 3.0l to the larger 1995 3.5l radiator. The 3.5l radiator has the same width and depth as the 24v 3.0l radiator. But the 3.5l radiator is a couple of inches taller. It's easy to miss this because the top of the radiator is in the same position. The bottom of the 3.5l radiator sits lower in the radiator support. The upper hoses are the same for both. The 3.5l has a longer lower hose.

I can't speak to any changes in radiator size for the 1997 models. You may want to double check the measurements.
