last night i got to thinkin that there is no way the PCV system is working correctly. i decided to pull the valve cover and have a look-see. i pulled the plenum plates for the venting system. the hole on the rear of the valve cover was clogged along with the back rubber hose. now, that hose isn't just a hose. apparently there is some sort of valve/restriction in it. but i couldn't even get anything through it! 3 cans of brake clean and half a can of seafoam and finally air is moving through the rear angled hose fitting and the tube again. that HAS to be it. this makes so much more sense!!! i hope that's why i have been pushing pressure and oil out of the oil cap.. i will find out tomorrow night. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> too nice of a day NOT to ride the motorcycle to work.. hehe.

So, i bought an 01 Kia Sportage. before i even drove it, i nick-named it The Goat.. it has been just like a goat.. stubbern at every corner...
