On my '95, there's a small fuse box right off the positive battery connection. Inside are a couple-few relays. Of the two that say ABS on them, my front one has been removed. Never noticed it until a year ago when I replaced the tiny in-dash bulbs for a couple of sockets and the ABS light was then on. I took it right back out; it's bright and obnoxious.

Still haven't connected it back up to see if it works.
