IIRC there's an inner and outer bearing/race required for each hub/side.

Also, using the old race and a grinding wheel you can make the perfect tool to set the new race. Grind down its sides so it doesn't get stuck in the hub then invert it with the thicker side out so you have a much bigger surface to allow you to use a tap & hammer to 'encourage' the new race into place. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
