Wow, wonderful condition. A shame it's got issues, bummer! If you lived closer, I'd consider it.
Give it some time, you got a few months before you really have to make it move. Hope someone has the time and knowledge to fix it back to normal

Shoot I'd buy it. But I work 100 hrs a week and only get a couple days off at a time down in the South Texas. How much to get it going again? I should be able to drive it back quickly but that's alot of over the phone dealing. Let's see what we can do.

It is going to need a head gasket repair, timing belt, and water pump kit.
Cost will depend on how much of it you do yourself or if you have a shop do it for you.

Happy New Year! couldnt there also be other major engine damage that came about because of a blown head gasket? I read that rust can form in the engine and seize the pistons. I love the truck, i wish i had the mechanical ability to fix it...it looks like a fantastic montero!

Well, considering it still runs, I want to say that I am confident the pistons are not frozen!
It was not driven since the incident, so the damages associated with long term use of an engine with blown head gasket is not likely in this case.
I have provided as much information as I can on the vehicle. As with any used car, it is sold as-is and when repairing the engine there may be other items needing attention that I am simply not aware of at this time.
