Well, considering it still runs, I want to say that I am confident the pistons are not frozen!

It was not driven since the incident, so the damages associated with long term use of an engine with blown head gasket is not likely in this case.

I have provided as much information as I can on the vehicle. As with any used car, it is sold as-is and when repairing the engine there may be other items needing attention that I am simply not aware of at this time.
