Rob, I'm not a diesel expert, but the anecdotal evidence looks like inadequate mechanics to me. If there's a "diesel specialist", I'd take the truck straight to him.

THere are some better diesel guys than me on here, but attention is sparse until the holidays are over. Be patient.
