You may have a point on the valve seals. After trying about 5 different seal conditioners I found one that worked (no more smoke). But if I have to pull the valve covers, I guess I am pretty close to the valve seals.


Sure would be great if you could share that magical conditioner that worked, as i think alot of people have the smoke issue from leaky valve seals, and for me I simply dont have the mechanical nohow to do valve seals <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
