Good question. Can you get a copy of the printout showing the speaker location along with how it's disasembled? Alternatively it's possible the 03 Factory Service Manual(FSM) has an illustration. Worth downloading from mitsubishilinks.com to check if it's there.

Then you can tell if it would be easy to replace.
