Okay, after a nights sleep, I did some figurig to make sure I understand the system properly.

The solenoids receive signals from the 4wd ECU. That signal comes from a switch on the t-case, which in turn comes from the shift lever sensor. So, if the shift lever sends the signal to the t-case switch, but the switch is no good, then it won't send the signal to the solenoid.


Is this correct?
