2-5 or 5-2 makes no never mind. The coil fires both plugs at the same time, on on the compression stroke and one on the exhaust stroke, which is why it's called a waste spark system. One spark is positive and one negative, but both light off the mixture just fine.

As long as the right pair of wires is on the coil, your are golden.

I've read some comments that a positive spark is somewhat more erosive of the plug electrodes, but it's either on one plug or the other, so no loss either way. Unless, of course, one of your cylinders just can't stand negative vibes.
