it's real easy to mess up and scratch crankshaft ,so careful.
Prying on the ger from behind will often snap the lip off the gear,,,nd damage oil pomp at same time.
I don't think a gear puller will work without damaging that gears lip either.
The FSM says to drill nd tap to use puller.
