I'll have to get in there and look. I assume the 4WD control box is under the radio, but I have no idea as to the pinout, how many wires go into it, or what can safely be unplugged without affecting the system's operation.

If it were up to me, I'd disconnect all of the damn "safety switches" on the Xfer box. Though I doubt I'll go through all the trouble. haha.
