Did they say why you need new front rotors? Worn past the wear limit? Grooved beyond resurfacing capabilities? Depending on what the problem is I'd look at machining the rotors rather than replacing them, unless they'll need to have a lot taken off to be trued up, or you can find a really good price on new rotors.
