You need to tighten them in 3 step sequence and you should use new bolts because they are torque to yield bolts.

Bolts are to be torqued to 62 foot pounds so I would torque them to 20 ft/lbs on the first step, 40 ft/lbs on the second step and 62 ft/lbs on the last step making sure you follow the tightening sequence on each step.
