so its taking time to rebuild then engine but its going to be up and running soon.

finely back home head redone , block all done.
line bored. decked. and bored. rods where checked and honed
new bushings put in as well.

it didnt want to go in easy. took a lot of effort and it didnt help i had been up close to 30 hrs at that point.
i work night and i got off work at 7 am . and wanted to get the engine in. have been working a lot of over time and i had a day off, the things we do when your motivated

the only big problem i may have is timing the ip

its not all that bad and its better to change them now before one goes. last thing you want is to snap some rocker arms.

pull the radiator and it gives you plenty of room
unbolt the crank pully and remove the dust cover your good to go.
the biggest problem is getting your marks to line up.
just besure to make a refferance mark on the ip pully when everything eles is lined up so it goes back the way it came off

Seams D1111 is for disile and the P1111 must be for petrol on the engine. Never figured that out lol

here is a link of a short video
4d55

kinda a funny it was towed to my dads . ( so i could work on it ) then i rebulit the eninge got it running and towed it home
