I suggest you clear your browser cache as you may be pulling it from cache with play toggled rather than from the server. Yesterday I was doing some header redesign to accommodate Google Adsense changes. When did the auto-play start?? I will check with the ad provider to see if an auto-play feature was integrated into the ad.
