on 2 of my gen1's, I had a leak that I could not find at first. what I did was use Spray Away foam glass cleaner on the inside of the window seal and then used the air compressor and ran it around the seal. What I found out surprised me. It was not leaking where the seal meets the metal, but where the glass meets the seal. I have no idea why I could never find it using the hose\water trick and it only leaked when the rig was parked. All 4 corners were leaking. I sealed them up and had no more issues.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I think both of you are right! I ran the sprinkler and it finally, after two hours, had water inside. I looked all over and in the upper drivers corner there was water on the foam dam for the urethane on the windshield. I put some butyl I had on that corner and Friday we are getting rain and it will be outside. We will see if it fixed it. It needs a new windshield anyway so if I stopped it the new one should take care of it.

On the plus side I pulled the dash to look for the leak and got to clean everything! Sealed the duct work too! I've been taking the seats out and stripping them and washing the seat covers. The driver drank lots of coffee...well didn't drink much spilled most of it I think. Even the top of the radio had coffee on it!

Ya, sunroof was my guess, the drains from the sunroof were pluged in my 94 sr, had things srpouting in the carpet, and raining inside on my GF... used the compressor to clean out the drain tubes, no problems since
