Garbage, yeah I deleted the headlight squirters. The tank was in the way of a future snorkel and I've never used the squirters so it was time to go!

I also removed the crazy intake resonators and installed a drop-in K&N.

Think I'll order up some OME rear springs and shocks soon.

Hope you don't need to take it off road. K&N's work fine on road but suck dirt off road. Literally. Stick the stock filter back on for off road driving.

K & N were the filter of choice for us in our dune buggies and Baja bugs. Basically sitting out there in the dirt and sand. So how are they worse than a stocker?

Just put some sticky stuff like double sided tape just past the filter and see how much dirt it collects with the K&N versus a regular filter.

K&N: Flows better because it filters less. More air = more dirt.

What did you use and how did you mount the block-offs for the "crazy intake resonators"?

I had a couple of these sitting around from my days at the shop. Just pop them in and clamp them down tight.

What are those? Aluminum plugs? Held on with hose clamps? Man, I can make those!

Yeah that's all they are. We used to make them in house with a block of aluminum and a lathe. Retail for $15 but I had a couple sitting around. They work really nice. Here is another pic:

Who is the preferred vendor around here to purchase OME rear shocks and springs?

You used to work at 3SX in concord?

I have a 94VR4 with some work done to it. Never noticed those parts before on their site haha. Is that what they are used for?

Yeah I worked there from 2005-2008 back in the days of T4. This plug was created to block the stock BOV hole when venting to atmoshpere (instead of using a gator-aide cap).
