I've always used Dana but they wanted $530 to build me a 4 row using old radiator parts. DO NOT BUY THE AFTERMARKET RADIATOR, i bought one from performance radiator in phoenix and it lasted a year before it desided to leak.

I ran a 3 row for 5 years from Dana, with a locked up fan clutch and it was just enough to keep it cool out rockcrawling in the summer (that's with 35's and crawler gears). Dana recommended a 4 row and i felt that they're just doing the more must be better.

I went to Serk in Mesa, talked to Pete. He said the best setup is my current setup (2 row and 4500CFM electric fan), but i told him i want to go back to a clutch fan for reliability and trail repair friendliness. SO, he explained how the single pass radiator works and how when the outlets are on the same side like ours is the efficiency decreases significantly at low RPMs. He's building me a 2 row full aluminum dual pass radiator for $375, should be done this week or next.

how's that? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
