I still believe in 4 wheels and a roll cage!!!!!

Okay, I have had more girl friends and wives than I have had cars, but I do have 3 4x4s..

So, is normal abnormal or is abnormal normal???

As long as I wake up on the right side of the sod, it is a wonderful day.....

Exactly how many wives have you had????? I've had one, even though she is mean at times, and won't let me put a winch and locker on my Liberty(I've got plans) Don't forget, that Indiana has no hills, just snow. This year maybe....after I sell my horn, and put the new leather seat covers in the vette.....Mike

I still have my 2000 4Runner 4x4 that I wrote a several articles about (in the 4x4wire.com legacy section), which I'm limiting the miles I drive on it.. Want to continue to have it for a very long time, but don't want to have to replace it with another 4x4.

With the rising gasoline costs we are increasing using the Toyota Prius on long road trips. It has spawned a new interest in technology around the corner...

This exhibition http://vimeo.com/63116822 been in my neighborhood for quite a while and been over there 4 times... it's been messing with me... thoughts about needing a more regular dosage of flat 6 engine sound..... maybe I need some of Mike's Meds..

I no longer have an Isuzu. I have a fairly serious YJ Wrangler. It has Dana 60 axles with 5.38 gears and air lockers at both ends. I have a 4.0 liter out of a 96 Grand Cherokee and Teras in the t-case. I am running 37s. The wheel base has been extended to 99 inches. It has a full cage and a soft top. With a nod to my wife, it also has heated PRP seats. I have a CB and a 2-meter ham setup.

My first wife died just over 3 years ago and I have remarried.

I have also, in the past year, developed an additional addiction to fly fishing.

Other than that, everything is still the same.

It truly is an addiction. I heard someone say recently that if you know how many fly rods you own, then you don't have enough. I know that I have an even dozen, all acquired in the last year. However, I have only two rods that were purchased new.

I loved my Ford 4x4, except for it's appetite for front tires....Even without using the 4 wheel drive.....Mike
