Transfer case is a pretty quick job and only $30 in seals. Not to bad at all. Probably a half days worth of work. One thing you could look into is the shifter. Where it bolts down on top. The breather could be rotted away. I would definitely do what Lordtrunks and Off roader suggested though. Just replace the seals just to be sure.
