mxmikie: dude, its going to take me a while; I can only work on it once in a while. It took me a couple hours to get the upper plenum off...I could do it way faster next time. Nick and fasteddy: Yeah, when I first started researching this I was convinced I'd use compressed air...now I'm going to use rope, for sure. There's a good chance I'll have to stop in the middle of the job for days at a time, not to mention fumbling with the springs and keepers possibly dropping one in. Nick: thanks for the video, a picture's worth a thousand words on the rope insertion technique. More later. Wish me luck. BTW...is there anything I should do to/look for with the plenum/throttle body now that they're removed (i left the throttle body attached to the plenum). I plan on replacing the PCV valve
