It does not appear at all to target our wishes for a modern version with the Gen 1 or Mercedes G500 off-road capabilities. Looks like stylists will have too much control....

Meanwhile, the 2014 "Generation 4" version will not be available here in the States.

The one you linked is the Montero Sport. From the photos I have seen the Gen V looks very similar to the Gen IV Montero. I am tall so I prefer the head room of the Montero vs the Montero Sport.
