 Gen1: part number for AC pulley bearing

Hello all,
I'm slowly getting my Raider back together after the paint job, but nowhere close to being all back together. Anyway, my AC bearing froze and fell apart. I took what was left to napa, but they could not find a matching size. I looked on the ASA and could find nothing. Anyone know the part number for this ball bearing unit that presses into the pulley?
'88 Raider. 2.6L dead...2.4L swap in progress, AT, 33's, 2 bouncy seat,AC, CC, 2.25 exh, 2" Tbar, 2" BL, rear DB, rear LSD,4.90's, SW hubs,gen2 uca's, KYB shocks, snorkel, elec fan, MSD.

I was able to find a replacement bearing about 10 years ago. However, the bearing I used has been discontinued.
I'm sure you can buy a new pulley.

I haven't been able to find a pulley either <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> thanks for the link, I'll have to measure mine and see if I can match it.

If that doesn't work, any of you parts guys seen anything like this as a pulley that would adapt? Even close to the same diameter would work.

Look under the hood of Isuzu and Nissan's... And a mess of other cars too ..Get the mount the pulley is bolted too ..That will get you the big bearing pulley thats easy to buy...The mount will bolt to the Mitsu motor ...If its the idler pulley your after right ...I may have a mount for the big bearing if someone wants it..

I have another pulley off a wrecked Montero, but it didn't spin smoothly. I cleaned it up and tried to get some wd40 in it and it spins smooth now, just don't know how long it will last.

You may try to 'force' grease into the bearing.. I know some years back hiding in a Four-seasons catalog was the mount you could buy new ...

Thanks all for the help. WD40 isn't going to last for crap. Maybe some spray graphite or Teflon might help, but WD-40 (Water Displacement formula #40) won't hold up to the stress of running as a bearing lubricant
