No, 4dr is too big. If its a leak at the seam, find a local rad shop that would leak test it and braze the leaks. I fixed motorcycle tanks by pressuring the tank (8psi) and when finding the pinhole, sand it down and apply a thin film of JB weld then sand it flat and paint over the repair. Hope that helps. I know my 2dr tank is leaking on the top where debris and road salts collect. Doubt that will be fun...
