It should be fairly easy to calculate. Assume a worst case of say, 5mpg at wot at 60mph, That's 1 gallon per minute.

Seriously, if the pump when manually activated blows your finger off the two outlets, and holds suction at the inlet, it's fine. If you can blow thru the filter in the flow direction, it's probably ok, too. If you can blow towards the tank and hear bubbles in the tank, the line is probably ok.tt
