Bowl vent valve. Eddy beat me to it of course but while I was working it popped in my head! Yeah try that. Locate the big hose coming from the carb and meeting up with a hard line above the exhaust manifold area. Plug it (I used a drill bit lol!) and give your truck a spin.

Before I did that, my truck would have bouts of being powerless, like it wasn't getting fuel. It would cough and sputter and sneeze. Plugged that > new truck. Still need to re-carb it with a weber, but it drives fine now.
