His latest EE is going to close the "gun trust Loophole"

Here's the thing with Trusts. MOST of the time Trusts are used to buy Machineguns(which are legal, but very expensive) Short barreled shotguns, Short Barreled rifles, and sound supressors (silencers).

#1 EVERYONE ON THE TRUST IS ALREADY REQUIRED TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

#2 IF I BUY A GUN ON A TRUST!!!!! I STILL HAVE TO FILL OUT A 4473 WHEN I PICK IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (even though every member of that trust has JUST had an extensive federal background check deeper than what a 4473 NICS check encompasses)

There are TONS of mis conceptions when it comes to federal gun laws, and Title 2 weapons..... Machine guns, silencers, etc. They're totally legal, but heavily regulated.

#3 I'm pretty sure not ONE!!! has been used in a crime ever.

#4 if some retard criminal wants a machine gun, and can't pass a background check do you REALLLLLLLY think he's going to do the following

A. PAY a lawyer $3-600 to form a legal trust and have his gangbanger family on it?
B. Complete lengthy paperwork with 0 Errors.
C. PAY $15,000 for a register-able Legal Machine gun?
D. WAIT 8 Months to a YEAR!!!! for the ATF do get around to doing his background check

Total stupidity. I'll be happy to answer ANY questions to the best of my ability about any NFA stuff, or title 2 weapons that I can.

As always this is politicians trying to do something to gain votes, even when there is not a stitch of evidence of the need.

Marketing and pop culture have created the term "assault weapon". Obama has stated he wants to get weapons with at least one " military" charastic out of the hands of criminals. It is no stretch to identify a "trigger" as a military characteristic.

I understand the frustration concerning the "trust" issue. Should see the mis-information floating around about a new round of laws in California.
