YP a local rubber and gasket supply store. Go buy a sheet of gasoline compatible rubber sheet gasket compound. Cut a strip just wider than the clamp band and wrap it around the pump to take up the slack. Forget the rubber dooly on the bottom... Ok, cool; thanks Eddy.
